24 hr minimum advance notice cancellation policy. In the event of notice not given, your account will be charged for half of the service.

No unattended children allowed under the age of 16 yrs. ALL children 5 yrs and under can not accompany a parent at any time during a parent's service.

Appointments of two hours or more must be reserved with credit card. In the event of a cancellation without 24 hr notice, the credit card will be charged for services reserved. Spa packages require 72 hours cancellation notice. 

The cancellation policies allow us to better serve our clients and the Urth Tones' Team. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We regret late arrivals may not receive all the benefits of the services reserved.

If a correction is needed, notification must be within 48 hours of service. Additional charges are at the discretion of the provider and management.

Product returns are accepted only with receipt within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging. Only store credit will be given.

Due to Spa services, and with respect to all guests, we ask that all cell phones are powered down to vibrate.
